Metric Machining receives a new IFP KP HMA 100 parts cleaning system.

This new system is one of only twelve of it's kind in the United States and the latest version
of the KP HMA line of cleaning systems is here at Metric Machining.

The HMA 100 is a non-aqueous, vacuum/vapor distillation system with a 99% solvet recovery rate.
The system is fully enclosed with a zero leakage design making it extremely environmentally friendly.

The KP HMA 100 is fully automated with cycle times substantially lower than our existing aqueous dip
washing system. The system is programmed with cleaning profiles to match parts of any complexity.
